1. Conscious Breathing.

  • Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

  • Inhale slowly into the heart, feeling expansion and warmth.

  • Exhale gently into the lower belly, grounding your energy.

2. Soft Eye Awareness.

  • If practicing with a partner, sit facing each other.

  • If practicing alone, sit before a mirror.

  • Gaze softly without force or expectation.

  • Allow the eyes to relax and receive.

This practice cultivates self-acceptance, compassion, and deep connection.


3. Sensory Body Scan.

  • Close your eyes and bring attention to the body.

  • Move awareness slowly from the feet to the head.

Notice sensations warmth, tingling, stillness without judgment.

Every sensation is welcomed as a messenger of presence.


4. Heart Connection Pause.

  • Place one hand on the heart and one on the belly.

  • Breathe gently and feel gratitude for your body and your life-force energy.

This moment of stillness nourishes emotional balance and inner harmony.


Special Christmas Day Red Tantra Yoga Practice.

Christmas Candle Ritual

On Christmas Day, create a small sacred space.

  • Light a candle and sit comfortably.

  • Close your eyes and visualize a golden light glowing in your heart.

  • With every breath, allow this light to expand filling your body, then radiating outward.

Silently or softly whisper:

“May love awaken within me.

May peace flow through me.

May my light touch all beings.”

Remain in silence for a few minutes, allowing the practice to settle deeply.


Closing Intention.

End your practice with devotion and gratitude:

“I honor my body.

I honor my energy.

I honor love.”
