7 Days of Kundalini Yoga Practice – Day 7: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara).

Congratulations, you’ve reached Day 7 of the Kundalini Yoga Chakra Journey!

Afterawakening energy through all six lower chakras, today we arrive at the Crown Chakra, the seat of divine awareness and cosmic consciousness.

Understanding the Crown Chakra.

The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) sits at the top of the head and connects us to the infinite source the divine consciousness that flows through all things.

Element: Thought / Pure Consciousness

Color: Violet or White Light

When balanced: You experience peace, bliss, spiritual connection, and deep trust in the flow of life.

When imbalanced: Feelings of isolation, spiritual disconnection, or confusion about purpose.

The Sahasrara chakra teaches us surrender to release control and trust the higher intelligence guiding all existence.

🌟 Kundalini Yoga Practices for the Crown Chakra.

1️⃣ Meditation on Infinite Light.

  • Sit tall and relaxed.

  • Visualize a soft white light above your head.

  • With every inhale, draw this light into your crown; with every exhale, let it expand through your whole being.

  • Continue for 5–10 minutes.

This practice awakens divine awareness and unity consciousness.

2️⃣ Mantra Meditation – “Om Namah Shivaya”.

  • Chant slowly, letting each word vibrate through your crown.

  • Feel your mind dissolving into stillness.

  • Continue for 3–5 minutes.

This mantra reminds us of our connection to pure consciousness the Shiva within.

3️⃣ Silent Sitting (Sahaj Samadhi).

  • After chanting, sit in complete silence.

  • No effort, no control just being.

  • Let the energy settle naturally and feel the subtle peace arising within.

Reflection for Day 7

“What does divine connection feel like for me?”

Write a few words that express your sense of oneness, peace, or trust.

Closing Reflection.

As you complete this 7-day Kundalini Yoga series, take a moment to honor your journey.

Each day, you’ve activated a new layer of energy, awareness, and connection from the grounding of the root to the infinite expanse of the crown.

This is not an ending, but a beginning the moment your awakened energy flows freely through all that you are.

You are whole. You are light. You are divine.

Om Namah Shivaya. 🙏
